A South West London affluent area of the Hammersmith and Fulham London Borough in England, south-west of Charing Cross by (6.0 km) 3.7 miles is Fulham (/ˈfʊləm/).

For the 20th century's first half, with genteel pockets along the top of New King's and Lillie roads, at North End, especially around Eel Brook Common, P.Green, South Park and the area surrounding the Hurlingham Club, Fulham remained an area that was working class predominantly.

Located within Fulham are famously exclusive sports clubs, the Queen's Club for tennis and the Hurlingham Club. The London Oratory School, The Fulham Cross Girls School that is Grade II Listed, Henry Compton School, and Lady Margaret School are noted Fulham secondary corporations.
